A neutral, diodegradable wax remover for removal of corrosion inhibiting compound films.
Ardrox AV 980 is used for cleaning and degreasing of aircraft surfaces and components where an old corrosion inhibiting compound film, and / or grease needs to be removed safely and effectively from such areas as internal structures or wheel wells. It is also for removal of contamination of external surfaces resulting from accidental over-spray or by material penetrating through loose fasteners to the outside surface of the aircraft. The material is slightly thixotropic to allow an even film build in all areas without excessive drippage.
